Dong-chan, an employee of a clothing warehouse in Dongdaemun, and Ji-pyung meet Mei Mei, a Chinese woman, at work. They spend time together and start to have feelings for each other. After Mei Mei leaves for Shanghai, Ji-pyung is taken to the head of the shopping mall association. Dong-chan goes to the boss with all his savings to save Ji-pyung.

In Seoul, the sight of the moon often stirs up emotions in people, evoking memories of past longings and sorrows. The night can be harsh and bitterly cold for them. Dong-chan is just one of the many who wander the bustling streets of Seoul after dark. As the film ends, he appears even more desolate and alone.
