F begins to follow two young anarchists who sportily usurp abandoned commercial storefronts and apartments. Argentine artist Alan Martín Segal’s feature debut, Via Negativa, tells the story of young people’s hopes for a new homeland and fantasies about an uncertain future, set in a city that seems to be going through all the pains of this era. The narrative of the film is uniquely developed in a new dimension of visual language, a narrative led by sound while maintaining the unique style of the image in movement shown in his previous work.
