Overview

Naoko comes back after hearing about her classmate’s death. Before the funeral, Naoco meets Sayuri and is overwhelmed by emotion. Naoko’s acting is impressive, shaken by the past and overwhelming present situation.

Edmund Yeo

Born in 1984, Singapore. Malaysian filmmaker who was trained in Australia and now lives in Japan. Since 2008, Yeo has been writing and directing short films at a prolific rate. He was invited to the competition at the Venice Film Festival with his first Japanese-language short kingyo. In 2010, he made a pair of short films that are thematically linked: Inhalation and Exhalation. Inhalation won the Sonje Award for Best Asian Short Film at the Pusan International Film Festival. 'Exhalation' was screened at the Dubai and Rotterdam International Film Festivals
